Contest Rules :

This contest is held by FreebieSweepsDirect.com (''the sponsor'') and is open to all legal residents of 50 United States and district of Columbia (excluding U.S. Territories and Puerto Rico) and Canada (void in Province of Quebec) and are of the AGE OF MAJORITY in the province/state in which they reside. To enter, visit www.freebiesweepsdirect.com and subscribe to the website to be eligible for the draw. Limit is one entry per person and per email address. People under AGE OF MAJORITY in his/her own province/state are not allowed to participate in FreebieSweepsDirect.com actual promotion or any other contests we may offer in the future. If such a person wins, his or her entry is void. Contest is also void where prohibited.

The current contest starts 2009-04-01 and closes at 23:59hrs (Eastern Time) 2011-12-31. A random draw will take place January 5, 2011 to determine the winner. The selected potential prize winner will be notified by email. If the potential winner does not respond within 7 days, another potential winner will then be selected from all valid entries. An entrant has to remain an active member of FreebieSweepsDirect.com for his/her entry to be considered valid at time of draw.

The prize consist in a $500 USD payable in the form of a check or money order that will be sent by mail after validation of the winners name, address, majority status and, for Canada residents,  after having successfully answered a skill testing question.

One prize per household. All decisions made, by contest judges, are final and without right of appeal with respect to all aspects of the contest, including, without limitation, eligibility and/or disqualification of entries. Winners names will be posted on site on our winners list.

The sponsor reserves the right to change the terms of the contest, prolong or terminate it at any time, without prior notice if required. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, if for any reason the contest is not capable of running as planned or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the contest is corrupted or adversely affected, including by reason of tampering, fraud, technical failures or any other reason beyond its control, the sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, prolong, modify or suspend the contest, including selecting winners and/or additional winners from previously received valid entries.

The sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this contest, including but not limited to errors in advertising materials, internet postings, these contest rules, the selection and announcement of winners, or the distribution of the prize. The sponsor assumes no responsibility for any failure, problems or technical malfunction of any computer systems or networks or other systems, equipment or facilities relating to, or used in connection with, the contest. The sponsor does not accept any responsibility for entries/subscriptions which are lost, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, incomplete, illegible or damaged, for any reason whatsoever.

By entering this contest, all selected entrants consent and agree to the use of their name, for any advertising, publicity and marketing purposes, without compensation from the contest sponsor.
